氣加熱系統(tǒng)使用燃燒液化氣來加熱熨平板底板，通過底板傳熱的方式來加熱振搗梁，壓實梁。液化氣經(jīng)減壓閥送到各個噴火嘴，用點火器將各個噴火嘴點燃，所以在燃燒室內(nèi)產(chǎn)生熱量加熱底板，達到熨平板加熱的目的。氣加熱擁有加熱不均勻，加熱速度慢且易產(chǎn)生局部過熱而使底板產(chǎn)生退火降低耐磨性等缺點，但是氣加熱擁有成本低廉，易改制等優(yōu)點而廣泛使用。

The liquefied gas is sent to each nozzle through the pressure reducing valve and ignited by the igniter, so heat is generated in the combustion chamber to heat the bottom plate to achieve the purpose of heating the screed. Gas heating has the disadvantages of uneven heating, slow heating speed and easy to produce local overheating, which will cause annealing of the bottom plate and reduce wear resistance. However, gas heating has the advantages of low cost and easy to be modified and is widely used.
